ground rules.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

FixScan is currently pre-launch. Marketing copy, screenshots, the 3D phone illustration, sample scanning states and promotional video are provided to explain the intended product experience. They do not prove that every described feature is operational.

The website does not currently provide a production appliance diagnosis service, technician booking, account system or active payment checkout. Waitlist submissions will be accepted only after the waitlist service has been configured and is available.

Any future image-based result will be an AI-assisted indication of possible visible damage, not a guaranteed diagnosis, safety certification or substitute for inspection by a qualified technician.

Any repair-cost range is an estimate, not a quote or promise. Actual costs depend on inspection, parts, labour, location, appliance model and the service provider. Do not delay urgent safety action based on a website or AI estimate.

If FixScan later helps users discover technicians or service providers, those providers may operate independently. Provider availability, quality, pricing, warranties and work are their responsibility unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

The website may request assets from third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Their own terms apply to their services.

The website displays proposed Free, Plus and Premium plan information and prices of ₹0, ₹149 and ₹399. The paid plans and any feature or credit limits are not represented as active subscriptions until the live product, payment provider, billing terms and cancellation process are implemented and tested.

Do not submit payment based solely on the marketing page. Before paid plans launch, FixScan must publish the actual billing period, applicable taxes, renewal rules, refund/cancellation terms and payment-provider details.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content through connected services, misrepresent your identity, or use the website to violate laws or another person's rights.

We may limit access where reasonably needed to protect users, the website or its infrastructure, subject to applicable law.

The FixScan name, brand elements, website design, original copy and code are owned by or licensed to FixScan, unless otherwise identified. You may not copy or commercially exploit protected material without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

The website is provided during development and may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. We may revise features and content as the product develops. We will update these terms when material changes require it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided for general information and on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or any particular repair outcome.

The limits and exclusions of liability applicable to a launched product must be reviewed and finalised for the relevant jurisdiction before launch. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Waitlist email updates require a separate affirmative opt-in and should include an unsubscribe path.
